Abstract
The study addresses the effect of a proposed program for relaxation and breath regulation on improving psychological immunity and the performance level of the long jump skill among the students, as relaxation and breath regulation are among the effective techniques that aim to enhance psychological balance and increase the ability to face pressures, which is positively reflected on motor performance. Relaxation contributes to calming the nervous system and reducing tension, while breath regulation helps to achieve psychological and physical stability through controlling the breathing pattern. The researcher used the experimental method by the two-equivalent method. The results indicated a positive effect of the program on psychological immunity and the performance of the long jump skill.
